You look amazing! Congrats! I love how you have all the pictures that prove that the scale is nothing but a liar.

Sometimes it's tough to workout and I do have days where I really don't want to work out. The way I stay motivated is to change it up all the time. I get bored easily with the same thing, so I like to try new classes and give myself a new challenge. Join a group on here...some groups have you check in with you workouts…

I just started doing Stronglifts about a month ago. I like it because it's simple, not time-consuming, and it's effective. So far, the results have been strength-based PRs. My deads are up to 165 lbs now. There's also a great SL 5x5 group for women on here that you might want to check out.

Nope. I just enjoy my food. If it's something that isn't "healthy", I just enjoy in moderation. Food is not the enemy.

Congrats! That's great. Good luck on all the craziness in your life right now, too. I'm also a student and I'm really not looking forward to the long days back at school.

Thanks! I still love running. It's been 100 degrees here recently though and I'm not a fan of running in the heat. But once it cools down, I will probably start back up again. I just no longer do 10-milers on a regular basis. I like my little 3-5 miles jaunts. I don't think running will set back your progress. Just…

Yeah, I've been using it occasionally for speed training so I can get done with my running quicker. What Rae said does make sense. It does seem like it would be a lot harder on your body than just moderate cardio.

Weight train! Lift heavy, do compound lifts. You will love the results!

Maybe he's interested in branching out and doesn't know where to start. You probably look like you know what you are doing, so he is asking you. Some people don't like doing their own research so they just question others. Keep it up!!
