When I started with new vigor at the beginning of the year, I was 170. I decided to cut out refined sugar completely, because my weight loss had stalled, and I was desperate. Okay, thanks for all the info. Do I need to add the extra 500 calories every day? Or can I do a one time change so that it is on my food log each day? Anyway, my baby is huge, he is definitely not starving. He weighs over 18 pounds, so I must make cream or something :laugh:

I'm with everyone about the water retention thing. You always gain the first few weeks when you just start excersising after not doing it for awhile. Just DON'T weigh yourself for a couple weeks! It'll start coming off after that, I promise!
