i also should mention i take half a scoop of the chocolate shakeology then a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a banaana. or you can do some PB2 or ive also done raspberries.

i just bought a sample pack from a friend and have been having them to supplement my breakfast as i am not a big breafkast eater. so i have been using them all week. i use half a scoop i like them actually more then my protein powder, depending on cost if i will keep ordering them or not. chocolate was better then vanilla…

i had leftover chicken and i made it into a hoisin chicken wrap. little ginger, hoisin, garlic and chicken heated and put on a wrap with lettuce and peppers. yum! i also put some on a pizza too. i made a buffalo chicken pizza on naan bread.

tuna is super cheap! as are potatoes. tuna you can put on bread with some italian dressing. that is good. oatmeal is also cheap, apples etc. you just have to shop sales and that really helps too.
