Yup, I first bought the chocolate flavored one and loved it. Now I bought the original and realized I like it less, and am almost out of the chocolate one lol. I use it everyday sprinkled on top of my greek yogurt protein bowls. I tried it once in a shake too and it was pretty good.

Hmm, okay thank you! I try not use cups, but sometimes do to save time for veggies that are not calorie dense. I'm paranoid about weighing everything else though.

I do this with a lot of things like peanut butter, nut butters in general, and granola. So I buy powdered pb now and limit the sunflower seed butter to a tbsp per day. I feel a dramatic difference when I do drink coffee, so I workout a lot harder and burn more calories. Coffee or stimulants in general will temporarily increase your metabolism and elevate your heart rate.

I think the scrod is a much better option. You could ask for extra veg and light butter. If you're only eating half of it, I don't think it'll be too bad though. Might as well enjoy :)
