After 1 week of being on the program I lost 5.75lbs!!!! I have been yo-yoing for the past 3 months at my TOPS (Taking Off Pounds Sensibly) group. It was great walking in today for my meeting and not dreading to step on the scale!!!!!

Congrats!! I have just begun the program, hopefully I will get some results. My goal is to lose 5lbs by Sept 20. Then I can start the next 5lbs.

Don't judge yourself by all of the models you see. Remember that they fix up the pictures once they are taken. Being healthy is the most important thing!
