  • If it is the only week where you gained then don't sweat it at all! You might even want to up your calories a little if you maintain a good exercise schedule but stress doesn't help weight loss progress so I would just shrug it off and consider it a minor glitch. :)

  • You want to use corn tortillas not flour 2 corn tortillas usually count as 2 points and they absorb the sauce way better. I also like to add peppers and onions to mine too for extra fiber and fillers. If you are still confused send me a message. I am very familiar with weight watchers and cooking.
  • That's a tough one. Your best choice would have been to go with a half a cup of the cole slaw and one other item just in a smaller portion. Fried fish isn't too bad for you as long as you do not eat it regularly. Next time you attend dinner with his family bring a dish to share so you know that you will have an option.…
