Do you have a slow cooker? If not, I recommend getting one. They are the best!! AND there are so many low fat slow cooker recipes online to chose from. :) I always prep my stuff on Sunday morning for the week. It has always been the best method for me.

Wow, that is incredible!! Congratulations to you!!!

You can always cook it in chicken broth, fresh herbs and some chopped garlic on the stove to keep it moist. If you just want to throw it in the oven definitely use some lemon for the acidity and pound the chicken out. That tenderizes your chicken and keeps it from drying out. You can also keep it covered while cooking.

You look amazing!!! Congrats to you!

You can usually do some google searches to help find on line tools that calculate if you don't use a HRM. Check this site out, it should work for you…

I recommend splitting first and foremost, always!!! To me it is the best thing you can do when eating out. If no one wants to split with you then ask for a box ahead of time and wrap half up before you start eating. Or, my new trick, ask for a side plate and eat small portions at a time and pay attention to when your body…

Not silly at all, that is great!! Keep it up, just because, you can! :D

Shoot I just realized your dates are when I will also be out of town so I will not be able to do the meal delivery. Sorry about that but I can give you a butt load of great places to go.

I can't post too much right now but I live here in NY and would love to keep in touch about this. I am going to send you a friend request and reach out to you tomorrow when I have my day off. I know a lot of places in the city and can help put you in the right direction. I also do meal delivery services to people as a side…

We met on okcupid.com and will be celebrating our 1 year anniversarry next month! :) I <3 him so and he is a beautiful person!

I would boil some eggs up on Sunday night and bring that to work with you for the week and maybe eat 1 a day with some fruit. You can also get coconut milk yogurt, which is delicious, and eat that with some nuts and fruit.

You look amazing!!!! Keep up the good work. Your body really has changed so much and I hope you are building up your confidence by realizing how strong you are for being so motivated!!

I plan to make this for dinner tonight and also add some rice noodles to it as well for a little extra filling but it will still be under 300 calories. SWEET & SPICY LETTUCE WRAPS www.RecipeGirl.com 3 Tbsp. unsalted, dry-roasted peanuts, roughly chopped 3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar 2 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce…

Polar FT4. I got it at best buy on line about a month ago for $85 and I <3 it!!!

Honestly take as much advantage food prepping (cutting, bending lifting boxes of veggies and meat, cleaning, wiping, moving around as much as you can) and make sure you stand the whole time on the food truck. Then in the exercise database, calculate 3/4 of your time doing this activity selecting the "cooking or food…

Glad you are back. I am in!

Wow that is a really cool idea and tool to use!! Thanks for sharing, I just might have to try that!

Agreed on the above! I love my polar FT4!! I thought I wasn't going to like the chest strap but I left the gym with it on the other day. That really shows you that you can barely feel it. As for the scale I have a cheapy too so I would say just to at least stick with the digital.

I would for sure purchase a heart rate monitor for that! I would be very interested to see what the tally was since I also bartend and cook on the side of my regular 9-5. If you get one, please share your results. I recently got the Polar FT4 Heart Rate Montior because all the research I did pointed in that direction so…

YUM!!! Thanks for sharing!!

In the past I have done a good amount of google searching for restaurant recipes with the nutrition facts and go based on that. Hope that might help you a little bit.

What is your breakfast usually like? I try to eat a pretty high caloric/fat breakfast and then keep my lunch dinner and snacks under control during the day. Play around with your eating style a little bit and see if that works. Maybe even post what a typical day is on this message and it will be better for some people to…

Maybe you can do a high protein, high fat fitness shake with a banana added to it to cap your night off? If anything, I would try to eat more during the days when you know you will be working out because to burn more you need to eat more for sure.

Try taking a kids multi vitamin with only half the recommended dose for adults and then try to get the rest through your food. Personally, we don't need as much as a full multi vitamin pill everyday anyhow if we eat right. Your body just excretes what it doesn't absorb. I am taking a kids chewable that I got at Whole Foods…
