Kroger Private Selection makes a natural organic Peanut Butter that has like three ingredients and doesn't separate. I don't refrigerate it and haven't died yet :smile:

My favorites: an apple (sliced and taken to work in a container so I can nibble), Kashi Fruit and Grain bars (the dark chocolate coconut - yum!), dried fruit with just a little bit of chopped pecans added in, 1/2 c. lite vanilla non-fat yogurt with 1/2 c. fresh blueberries, Quaker white cheddar rice quakes.
