French toast, eggs and bacon for breakfast.. a few Belgium chocolates, coffee, and mandarin orange in between. For dinner: turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, champagne and a good slice of cheesecake. Cottage cheese, greek yogurt, whey protein powder, egg whites, beans, lentils, tofu, protein bars, nuts, veggie burgers and hot dogs, simulated chicken nuggets, milk... There's lots of choices!

Day 6 as well this morning. My right arm feels tighter and sore compared to my left for some reason? My legs also feel more toned. Keep it up!
