Mine just got noticed earlier today after losing 18.3lbs. But yet I have not seen her in 2 months. People I see everyday have not noticed yet. I told the president of my company I am now down 17lbs a week ago she looked at me and said "really?".. She sees me twice a week. My clothes on the other hand are slightly noticing…

I was ordered to drink 160 fl oz of water EVERY DAY when i was pregnant with my oldest daughter. I had some complications with low fluid for her to thrive in. Drinking tons of water made it possible for her to go full term. 2 weeks before I had her the levels were dropping so I had to up my drinking to 176 fl oz.

That is a great idea. I was actually given 2lb weights a week ago. It's somewhere to start I guess lol.

Sorry for you loss. I am addicted to food as well. When I graduated high school 10 years ago I was 301lbs. I dieted on my own. but gained half of my weight loss back due to my 2 beautiful girls that entered my life. I still have my daily dose of sweets. I just limit it to one piece of dark chocolate a day. I do that…

I was gonna get a small set to start off with. Like the 5,10,15,20 pound set with rack. I found one amazon for a great deal.

I've never weight trained before to be honest. So it's all gonna be new to me. When I lost the 150lbs I did 100 situps every day 365 days a year til I found out I was pregnant with my oldest. I would go to a gym but I'd rather be at home and work out. I barely see my kids as it is why take more time away from them ya know.

Go to thrift store for smaller clothes or do like I have done for the past 10 years. Bring your bigger size clothes to a cosignment shop. The money you earn from them selling them for you turn around and buy smaller clothes at the same place or go to a thrift store. I love doing that because I still get nice clothes and I…

I was sick of being looked at and being self conscious all the time. I live in Florida and I didn't want to go to the beach in clothes because I was too fat and hideous looking in a bathing suit. So I started losing weight. Then I got pregnant with my oldest daughter and was a stay mother while her daddy helped support us…

I delivered my youngest daughter at 237lbs 4-3-13. By July of 2013 I had lost a whole whopping 3lbs. By December I was averaging 226-228 (9-11lb loss). I started MFP in the middle of Jan of this year at 228.8 and I am currently 213.0. So all in all I lost 24lbs in a year but using MFP I lost 15lbs in almost 3 months. My…
