  • I just started this today myself. I went ahead and bought the $2.99 Iphone app for my Ipod because I thought it would be a pain trying to keep the time without it. The app has you do the 5 minutes separate from the 20 minute intervals. So in total you're really doing 30 minutes. I'm going to guess that's right.
