Does not compute. If you can't eat gluten you should probably wind up eating fewer carbs since you can't have wheat and other carb sources. Put more meat in your diet. Tofu, beans, avocado, fish, beans, nuts, lentils, fish, things like that.

That's a huge point I never considered, especially where making time for the gym, or turning down food at social functions is concerned. That can be exhausting.

Um most people on this site who have found success weigh their food, at least when they cook for themselves at home. How can you possibly know that you are eating one serving if you're not weighing it? Anyway those links have the answers you seek. If you think it's CRAZY then best of luck to you.

That's it right there. This isn't on anyone but you. You do not HAVE to eat when there is food at social functions. And you can't out-exercise a crappy diet. You can only burn so many calories in a week.
