Uh like, everybody. Looking better may or may not be their primary goal but it is definitely somewhere on the list. Whoever said it was a bad thing? A stuck up hypocrite, that's who.

Patience, young one. Try more advanced yoga poses which engage the core and upper body. Hold them as long as you can, kinda like planking. Look into adding other forms of resistance training to your regimen but also keep what you enjoy so it doesn't feel like a chore.

I blame the advertising industry more than the fitness industry. At it's core, the fitness industry does want people to get fit and train more, so they end up need more expensive specialized equipment, accessories, supplements, etc. The advertising industry just wants to make money. It doesn't care if you stay fat or not.…

I'm 3 weeks into strong lifts 5x5 which is a 12 week program, I think.
