Forgot to mention that in addition to slowly cutting back on the cream is also to simultaneously transition from cream to whole milk to 2% to non-fat. That's the retraining your taste buds on the texture part.

Start slowly. Measure out how much creamer and sugar you use. Every week cut back on the amount in small increments. Anyone able to explain this a little more in depth? I may be in the same boat. Recently hit goal weight through cardio and weight lifting ave. 5x a week but body fat is still through the roof. Just wondering if/how it's related.
