I'm 5'4 with a somehwat medium frame, and I'd be stoked at 140-145. That's where I felt my best; however, I was also 14-15 years of age and spend 3-4 hours a day working out during tha ttime so right now I'm shooting for a good even 155-160.

In all reality, most of my meals feel like a snack. I eat breakfast at 0800 which is usually a banana and a cereal bar, or oat meal on most days. Then at 10:00 a.m. I have fresh fruit, cucumbers, or a cereal bar if I ate oatmeal for breakfast, then 1230 I have lunch with high protein, then at 1500 I have a fiber one…

I just bought my P90X2....It just came in the mail last night so between it, my new gym membership and some groupon pole dancing classes (for fun) I'm going to get busy on the fitness! :)

Well I didn't have a craving for anything because I think I splurged the past two days! I have to get back on track now! Anyhow....the owner of my company bought New York Style Pizza so I'm pretty sure that killed me! But I think I'm definitely OVER food now so I think I'm just going to go back to eating at normal times…
