The plague hit our house! One of our darling children brought Covid home from school last week, so, of course I also got it. The week started great, I got my workouts in Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday I had a specialist appointment and that’s a 5 hour drive both ways, so I didn’t get my workout done. And yesterday was a wash recovering from Wednesday’s appointment and drive. I did get a decent workout in today with leg day and 30 mins of cardio.…

@Valveta We didn’t host thanksgiving dinner this year at our house, so we didn’t have any left over deserts or anything to temp us. This month I’ll be working on healthy snacking, and upping my workouts. Today was leg day! Looking forward to tomorrow’s workout, upper body.

Hey Ladies. So I'm having trouble getting over the 160 hump. I can't quite get the 150s. Actually I was 159.7lbs yesterday (and was soooooo happy lol) and then I steped back on a minute later and was 160 again. So my question: Any tricks to getting off a platteau?
