I actually walked 1.5 miles and did my high impact aerobics for 30 minutes today! First time I've worked out in 5 days now!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, well, I gained 1 pound back, I think due to bloating, if you know what I mean? This sucks! Oh well, it only lasts 3 or 4 days anyway. :(
