I am watching with interest. I am an apple shaped gal---all my extra weight is in my middle!! Great looking arms, legs, non existent butt, but 2o extra pounds hanging out in my belly!! All of the ladies on my Mom's side of the family look like this!!

No advice, as I too carry ALL of my excess weight in my belly. About 25 pounds worth. It is awful. And I love, love carbs. ARGHHH Just getting back to MFP. I am 5'5", 150 pounds. Skinny arms and legs and a belly!!! A true apple shape. I will be watching this thread. I hope we get some responses.

Hi everyone! Jumping in a day late! Finished L1D1 for the umpteenth time, the challenge will be to keep on going 30 days!! Never have gotten past day 2!! Had hubby take pics (very humbling) and getting ready to do measurements. Weighing in at 147 5 ft 5 in
