What size? I'm really happy with my Enell sports bras, but they're C cup and above (I'm a G cup). This is the only bra I've ever been able to run or jump in comfortably (at this size), and they really keep things still. Edit to add: I see you're on a tight budget, but for me, this was totally worth the cost.
