Not too worried about going keto, as long as doing low carb, (around 60 grams a day) will help me still lose fat and correct IR issues...

I have lost weight by eating less but Im still retaining ALOT of fat in my stomach. My t3 was already good prior to cytomel. that is probably why it made me feel werid taking it, i didnt need it.

I have an appointment with my endo tommorrow. Shes hestiant to put me in Armour because it makes your heart race. I also tried cytomel for a few days and stopped bc it wasn't making me feel good.

I'am at my goal weight. I was 156lbs and now I'am 115lb. I could still lose more if I wanted, but Im pretty petite everywhere else (legs, arms face) everything else seemed to have shrinked but im still carrying around all of this fat on my stomach. I could prolly lose 10lbs just in stomach fat :( ive also never had kids.

I use Pro Nutra Fit 15. it has one gram of Sugar. and contains Milk and soy with some artifical flavors. Does that mean the Sugar it has is Added or Natural?
