I range between 1400 to 1800 calories a day depending if I feel hungry or not. I never go hungry and practically eat every 4 hours hehe! I have breakfast, dinner, snack and supper. xx

I eat Weight Watchers meals daily because to be honest, it tastes a LOT better than most pre cooked foods, and I walk 20-30 minutes a day. To tone I use those vibration plates which a family member has bought. As the months go by I hope to be doing at least 60 minutes of walking a day xx

Buy colored plates, I use to eat from white plates and let me tell you, I didn't realize how much I was actually eating until I changed to a blue floral plate! There is a first for everything hun, just think... In around 5 months time you'll ask yourself what was all the fuss about! Doing things for the first time is very daunting but no one is there to judge you because you all have the same goal at the gym :) xxxx

The main thing you have to remember is during the evening time your body starts to slow down, so I have a rule, no eating 3 hours before bed time! Not necessarily at 7pm but I try not to eat after 8 or 9pm xxx

My advise would be to have a great breakfast such as porridge or something with oats. This will keep you fuller for longer, I eat about 2-3 meals a day and have lost 3lbs so far (Only been doing this for a week or so) but before I use to eat only one big meal a day and gained over 42lbs in a year! Remember muscle weighs more than fat so I think you're losing fat but gaining muscle and that's a good thing! xxxx As long as you feel happy with your size that's all that matters, weigh means very little xx
