Hey! I'm only 5'0 so perhaps my height has something to do with it x I walk my dog every day (besides weekends) for up to 45-60 minutes at a time. I eat light versions of ready meals so I still have my chips, rice and curries, lasagnas, pies and yummy chocolate brownie pots! xxxx I am going to start to tone my muscles now…
