These are my favorite threads! Here's mine. Started at 268 lbs in Feb 2014, and a size 22. Coming up on my two year anniversary of losing! Today I am 142 lbs, and a size 4. Finally made it to a healthy BMI so I am still celebrating that while working on my last 12-15 lbs to my goal weight

Love seeing everyone`s progress! This is the first time I have been successful sticking to a plan. I have lost 78.4 pounds since September 17, 2015. I still have a long journey ahead of myself, but I have never been more dedicated and determined to fight for weight loss.

Here are my before and afters...(feeling brave enough to post mine since I saw your photos)
The before picture was taken at my highest weight of 230 pounds back in 2004....I lost most of it..then gained back to 180 pounds as of May of 2015...in January of 2015 I went *vegan* because my BP was high and I felt like crap! I'm now in "maintenance mode" at around 122 pounds 5'3" and 55 years old.

On my phone I can't add pictures but my profile picture shows the progress. In the before, I don't know how much I weighed but I'm guessing at least 225. Today I'm 179 and working toward 140.0

Here's mine - the first one is from 2008 and around my heaviest. In 2010-11 I went from 200 to 138, then had a period of illness and regained to 172 (I don't have any clear full body pics from then). Last June - November I went back from 172 to 138, then took a maintenance break, then started to lose very slowly again at the start of Feb. CW is 132. Second pic is from a couple of days ago. I'm 5'3" and 44, eat on average anything between 1600 and 2000 (maintenance is around 2100 and my exercise is probably around 70% walking, 20% jogging and 10% lifting).
