I love Aldis! I wish I liked lamb cuz they had rack of lamb all gussied up and on sale..whole seasoned pork shoulder too. My plan is to ZC during the work week and keto level carbs on the weekend. I've been getting a little loosy goosy with my carbs and I want to reign it in. I'm so close to my goal but not there yet! :p

Getting mentally prepared for this challenge! I know it will be delicious but that sugar monster is trying to pop out ONLY cuz I decided to do this challenge. I went to low carb mecca, Aldis and some great deals on meat, cheese, eggs .48 a doz, and hwc. Stocked up on the essentials and making a plan! :)

I live in agricultural area so I grew up with chickens in back yards... but it only made me grossed out by eggs for years lol Now as long as I don't think to hard where they come from I enjoy them a lot lol #firstworldproblems

I do both. I loved weight lifting (kettlebells) but I noticed that my tummy went down more when I focused on cardio. But my idea of cardio is Zumba or Cize. I absolute loath the treadmill (although I will jump on it when i dont have the time to get to a class).

Hello and welcome! I watch both cals and carbs. Carbs for blood sugar control (I'm diabetic) and cals for weight loss. Eating low carb helps me to eat LESS overall but since turning 40 my metabolism has slowed down sooo much that calories matter in my case :(
