Ouch. That sounds really painful. I've sprained my ankles many, many times, and it's always recovered fully within a few weeks. I really push myself too. I normally try my best to walk on it as soon as possible. I've never had a new bruise because I started reapplying pressure on it. It does get swollen but not bruised.…

I fly often. Whenever I get past security, I walk back and forth at the airport until it's time to leave. :)

I think any type of movement is beneficial. :) You won't get as high of a calorie burn, and it's not enough for cardiovascular health.

I did the same thing. :( I've been off for a month too, and it really hasn't been a very pleasant one. The worst part is that I no longer have the energy levels that I used to.

I think 100 lbs at 4'10" is manageable.

Try Zumba. It's very fun, and burns 800 calories an hour. ;)
