Yes. It would seem as though I have absolutely NO upper body strength because I truly suck at them! I can pick up my 32 pound son with no problem. I can bring in a ton of grocery bags at once, but I can't lift my upper body up off the ground. You are not alone :smile:

Have a half serving of any kind of nut. They'll keep you full for hours. If you don't have the calories left, do a few minutes of exercise so they'll fit in to your day.

Mine told me medium frame and 136 to 149. I was really aiming for 150, but I guess I can go 1 more pound down, lol. There's a reason I don't like BMI numbers, they don't take genetics and frame into account! At least this site does address frame size.

I have them occasionally. Sometimes you just need more than water! And sometimes *gasp* I have a really small non-diet soda! I try to have maybe 1 every 2 weeks or so because I bloat easily and the sodium does me in! If it doesn't bloat you, I say enjoy!
