Are you running outside or on a treadmill, or does it happen with both? Also, going with several of the other posters, make sure you have the correct shoes for both your feet and the type of running you are doing, i.e. pavement, trail or indoor. The tops of my feet used to hurt when my shoes were tied too tight. Are you…

Not too sure about your doctor there. I am 206 lbs and wear a 38DD. I just finished my first half marathon on Saturday. I do, however, wear 2 sports bras (they are the cheaper, Wal-Mart kind). The thing that makes the biggest difference is having good shoes!

I am also a veggie hater. Even covered in yummy cheese or hidden in things I can taste them. Of course, with me it's also a texture issue. I can tell you that after repeated exposure, I have grown to tolerate some things I would never eat. I still don't eat many raw veggies. You won't catch me eating baby carrots or…

The last book I read was, "The Scot, the Witch and the Wardrobe" by Annette Blair. It is book 3 in the Kitchen Witch series. They are cute romantic comedies about men who fall in love with "witches." I am currently reading "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter" by Seth Grahame-Smith. It is actually a great read. I'm about…

Wow. Am I going to be the only one? I absolutely HATE sweet potato fries! Love sweet potatoes, but hate the fries. I have tried them sweet, sour, with and without ketchup. I just don't like them! Regular fries for me, but please bake them instead of frying!

I just worked my 2nd 12 hour shift in a row. Yesterday, I worked out and today, I had to just say no. I just don't think my poor legs and feet could take it. It's just one day, it will not make or break you

Since March of this year. I have consistently logged with the exception of 1 week of vacation. I did fall off the wagon for a month, but I still logged my food and exercise (if I did any)

I catch alot of "holier than thou" looks when I tell people that we don't eat at McDonald's. I decided when I had children (now 4 and 2) that they would not grow up on the unhealthy trash that I ate as a child, even as a treat. It is our decision as parents.

Eating at least half, if not all, of your exercise calories is ideal. However, there are going to be days when you just aren't that hungry and you've exercised a ton. It has happened to me a few times ( I wish it happened more). Don't sweat it unless every day is like that. One day is probably not going to throw you into…

Just work on the feet part first, then add the arm movements and other little extras. It does get easier after you start to memorize the music and the routine. It's worth it, good or bad, just for the insane amount of calories it burns!!
