The Skinny Non Fat Vanilla Iced Latte is super yummy and not bad on the calories. I started making my own iced coffee which saves me time and money! Make a pot of coffee, add artificial sweetener and whichever creamer you'd like (I use 2% milk), stir it all up and store in the fridge!

OMG...I LOVE fried pickles. Thank you so much for posting this!!! I have lived in GA my whole life. They fry EVERYTHING here. I don't fry very much, but I was raised on it and will occasionally indulge in it.

Poor girl is only 26 years old, lol.

I have this same problem. The only things that have helped a little are changing up the spices that I use on the foods I eat. I'm getting tired of that as well, though.

Sauteed in a pan or baked with spices and a little ranch dressing powder...mmmmm. Served with a veggie or two.

I am in healthcare and we see all kinds of crazy names. One little boy (and I am NOT kidding) is named Lil Robert...yes, like as in little Robert even pronounced Lil ! There's also Cheetara, Sherclitia, Germia, Thor, Kal-El (just like Nick Cage's son, but this kid had it first), Jachavious, Dontravious, and even someone…

*bump* that sounds super yummy!

Great job! I know just how frustrating that can be!

I am also going on vacation next week and I will still be tracking my food and exercise, but I'm really not going to beat myself up about it if I go over. Vacation is not an all the time thing. I'm going to try to incorporate healthy choices in what I do eat out and I am going to plan some fairly active activities…

I weigh multiple times daily, but only officially once a week. However, I don't let my daily fluctuations bother me. I just like to be aware of how my food/water intake affects my daily weight.
-
I would love some ideas, too. *bump*

About 20 to 25 pounds people noticed something was different, but around 30, they really did.
-
That is wonderful! Congrats!!

I've done WW several times and always gained it back. I think the straight-up knowledge of the calories you are consuming and burning is a lot better than converting to points for long-term weight loss.
-
Love it!

You can do this! Don't give up. I am at 198 lbs right now and I struggled at 200 for almost 3 weeks! Maybe you should zigzag your calories a little. 1200 calories is not enough for me per day to lose weight. My body hold on to it with all it's might if I don't eat atleast 1300. Just remember, you will get there. You didn't…

I always consider it a plateau if nothing's changed after 3-4 weeks. It's usually something I've slacked up on, like exercise or I've been eating more or less calories than usual.

I have done WW several times. I find that it's easier just to count the calories than it is to convert everything you eat into a point and then keep track of those. It does work if you stick with it, this site is just easier....and free (as others have said)

That is TERRIBLE and hurtful. I have issues with my family, too. Obviously, it's easier said than done to say, "ignore them," but you are making progress and doing this for you and won't it be wonderful when you see them again however many pounds thinner and they have to eat their words? Maybe you could use that thought to…

It is!!! I feel so accomplished. I know that every pound, every inch is a victory, but seeing that 1 in front just makes it even better! It really has helped to have mini goals. Each one is such a great feeling!

Those are GREAT NSVs! Good job to you! I get excited about those kinds of achievements as well!

30 lbs since March!
-
Great job and congratulations!

That is so awesome! Great work!

I weigh daily. In fact, I weigh multiple times daily. It's not for everyone, but it helps me know how what I put in my mouth alters my weight throughout the day. I "officially weigh in" once a week, in the morning, after using the bathroom and with no clothes on. It's the most accurate way to weigh. I can't handle weeks or…

The Id is the part of the psyche that is concerned with our basic needs. It knows no good or evil. Think small child. The Ego is concerned with the self as in how to meet the needs of the Id. Self esteem is controlled by the Ego. The Super Ego aims for perfection. It contradicts the Id and seeks only self pleasure. Don't…

I use a PS2 game called Yourself! Fitness. It doesn't burn a ton of calories, but it does incorporate calisthenics and weight lifting into the routine and it changes it up for me. I run on the treadmill every other day alternating with the game and I think it's a perfect balance to target areas I'm not working with just…

The current political debates could be philosophical. Politicians are all ID and EGO and morals. Keep in mind that Ethics is part of philosophy, so you could break the questions down into morals and ethics/beliefs.
