I also fluctuate between 2 to 3 lbs throughout the day. Sometimes, if I'm really lucky, it remains constant all day. I consider that a great day!

Out of the 3 or 4 of those I have done, I do have to say I had the best results...however....MFP is SO much better. I really hated having to convert nutritional info into points!!

I find that if I eat them all back, I don't lose any or I lose very little weight. As a general rule, I eat back all but 200-300 calories. If I've had a really good eating day and only eaten about 1300 calories, I don't work out at all. It seems to be working for me.

Well, sometimes I just say screw it and sometimes I will stay exactly on my calories the next day and exercise without eating back my calories. But, I have found that those days every now and then that I go over a couple of hundred calories actually boosts my weight loss. Kind of confuses my metabolism. As for my sanity,…

I have a regular Nook and I couldn't be happier with it. However, between the Nook Color and the Kindle I would choose the Kindle. The e-ink is much better on the eyes and there is no glare or back-light or anything.

I don't know about the stop-spray spray, but the no-scratch spray works like magic! Might be worth a try...

I have a similar schedule. Even though my hubby isn't always home to eat with us, I eat dinner with the kids. Then, I get them ready and put them to bed. I work out, log everything on here, take a shower and get ready for bed myself.

Multiple times a day...but I only "weigh in" once a week in the morning first thing after potty.

I don't have any tricks for you other than persistence. My son didn't care if he wet his undies and he peed all over the carpet in his room. I would, however, reward him with stickers on a sticker chart in the bathroom every time he used the potty like a "big boy."

I use a Taylor digital scale. I killed one, but returned it and new one works great!
