i toss my freshly cut sweet potatoes with a touch of olive oil and turn them onto a perforated baking sheet sprinkle lightly with freshly ground sea salt, bake in a conventional oven for about 45-50 minutes, they come out crispy on the outside and and soft and flavorful in the inside...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm0

I love sweet potato fries if they aren't too greasy. Some places will ruin them and then they are worse for you.0

Wow. Am I going to be the only one? I absolutely HATE sweet potato fries! Love sweet potatoes, but hate the fries. I have tried them sweet, sour, with and without ketchup. I just don't like them! Regular fries for me, but please bake them instead of frying!0

I just cannot stand sweet potato, no matter how hard I try. It's a shame. I wish I liked them, but it triggers my gag reflex for some reason.0

Depends upon my craving, but mostly sweet. I still crave the white potato sometimes but mostly it's because you can't find sweet potato tator tots.
(By the way, I never had sweet potatoes prepared any way except with marshmallows and brown sugar until a couple years ago, and for the first time, I liked them! LOL! They weren't sickeningly sweet.)0 -
Sweet potato. I've never liked normal french fries. Even as a child I always opted for onion rings if they were available. Most adults thought I was a freak. LOL.0

I prefer the taste of regular french fries, but sweet potato fries have a little better nutritional value so I'd take them given the option.0
