  • Everyone pushes to run but in all honesty a power walk is much more effecient and burns calories without all the joint damage that can be done with running. Stick with power walking and your knees will thank you in the end! :-)
  • Just saw another article on the benefits of apple cider vinegar. May have to give this a try, after all what can it hurt? I'm already trying Turmeric shots for inflammation
  • I tend to believe my scale that says I am 162.2 because I use it on every Friday but my trainer only beleives her scale at the gym so obviously she feels I am not doing so well since I am according to her 9 lbs away from goal. That's what frustrates me!
  • Can't live without my fitbit! I truly am lost if I forget to wear it! Ordered my original online but got my replacement at Best Buy. Bought one for my daughter at Walmart

  • I'm on my 3rd, having had each for approx 4.5 years. I can honestly say I have lost 20 lbs since January. when I don't count my calories and I don't exercise I gain weight. When I do watch what I am eating and exercise I lose. Mirena has nothing to do with either.
  • I eat 1610 but that usually nets me well below 1200 with all the exercise I do so I have been attempting to eat more so my net is above 1200 but honestly I can't eat all that food! I'm stuffed to the brim when I try to net 1200!

  • I have my 3rd Mirena in right now! Yup I have had one that long! I'm 49 and Love never having a period and my sex drive has only gotten better! Weight gain last year came from eating too much and never exercising. Now I'm back on track and losing. I have recommended it to all my friends. Mine is due to be changed out in…
  • I'm in!
  • I currently take Trazadone and Cymbalta and have been on both for years. I started using mfp in late January and I have lost 9 lbs. I will not quit taking either of them and I totally believe it is possible to lose
  • I have the flex and Love it! No problems with accuracy and it is easy to keep up with. When I had the one I washed and dried it and ruined it so I like the fact that this one is where I can see it
