I've trained myself to like black coffee. Trying to keep from consuming too much sugar and the artificial sweeteners hurting my stomach made coffee too complicated. Brew, pour and drink makes mornings so much easier.

If I had more girth in all the right places, minus all the girth in all the wrong places.

Some of the subs are high in calories if you don't pay attention... especially some of the sauces. But if I've only had around 500 calories throughout the day... a 900+ calorie sub for dinner isn't going to kill me.

What kind of amateur researchers came to this conclusion? You'd think they could take a more nuanced look at exactly why people put the weight back on... hell, hanging out in the MFP community and others like it would produce more understanding than that one-dimensional trite they're passing off as research.

If it's being used for self-esteem purposes, that's fine. But people shouldn't convince themselves that being overweight or obese is healthy.

On a 7-day average, I eat 1700 calories a day... with some days topping 2000 and others as low as 1300-1400. I've lost nearly 20 pounds since January 2nd, but didn't start tracking on MFP until 7 pounds ago. 6'4" - CW: 361.6 - GW: 205

I'm for policies that work and against those that don't work. The only legitimate reason to be against these regulations is if they do not work.
