I ran my first 10k Saturday.. Here's what I did. I didn't modify my diet much, I did make sure that the day before I ate real healthy and got some good carbs in along with plenty of water. I only ran one day that week, but it wasn't what I normally ran. I ran about 4 miles just to keep loose.

I ran my first one in March at 31:05 I think. I got a 10k in a couple of weeks, hoping to do it in an hour.

I've got workouts, I've done them. I'd like to learn how to actually grapple. I think it would be fun.

Jumping rope is like running or anything else, you have to work at it. If you did a minute last night, the next time aim for a minute and a half, the next 2 minutes.

rmseverson's husband is right. You've got to find what works for you. If you can't lose on 1900 a day. Adjust it by 200 calories and try at 2100. Along with that shake things up at the gym, do things that really push you to the point that you don't think you can go. 500 calories is a good burn, but he really needs to shoot…

I have a pair. I wear them to run short distances and on lower body days. I tweaked my ankle wearing them a month ago so I probably will not wear them while I'm training for a long distance run anytime soon. However after I do my 10k I will work my way into using them as the only shoe I'll wear.

I'm usually over on protein every day.. Except yesterday. I think I was about 30 grams under.. I'm thinking maybe throwing a shake in there might help.

It'll be mainly on off days from the gym.

I had one when I lived in NC. It was about $45 a session and the sessioins were about 30 minutes long. I do not regret having a trainer, they got me back in the swing of things and taught me some new workouts.

It puts me at 181-201. I don't agree with it. It might be right, but I don't agree. I'm built like a deggum lumberjack. If I got down to 200 you'd see my ribs and be wanting to give me a sammich.

I've done it both ways. During my cut cycles I do all my cardio first then lift. Right now since I'm in a strength cycle it's been 10 minutes of cardio, weights, then my cardio workout. I can't tell a difference. I have read though that cardio after weights helps strengthen the ol' ticker. I'm not sure. I do know when I…
