I used it until I got sick last week. Only issue I had with it was it made me itch when I took just the B-Alanine alone. When I take it in NO Shotgun never itched.

Eh.. I used to eat one a day on workout days. I think it all depends on the person. I prefer shakes.

1. You can take your starting weight and multiply it by .04. 2. Take the lost weight and divide by the new weight will give you your percentage. You can leave the step of dividing by 100 out of both.

I hate treadmills. My last gym had an indoor track I'd run on and enjoyed it. I was always able to do much more deadlifting that squats. Squats my problems were getting low enough and bringing it back up. Deadlift you're just picking up.

I'm not exactly new to it.. Just curious about the failure. I lift weights and when it's not tough anymore, I bump up weight to where it's tough. I saw where some do 4 sets of 5 or until failure and was curious.

Both Chubacca007 and scottb81 are right. You have to work into them. It takes time just don't get discouraged and overdo it. When you feel pain, swap shoes.

Surpisingly I do good with my blood sugar. When I played football I had issues sometimes with it, but I was eating 4 hamburgers, 3 packs of fries, and a coke for lunch and then whatever mama cooked at night. My diet wasn't exactly a model of an athlete.

This is why I could never do roids.. I'd be afraid I'd get upset about my ballcap sweat ring, go crazy, destroy the gym, and eat a small child on the way out and dare anyone to look at me crosseyed.

As gross as this sounds, I wear the same ball cap for a month and then wash it and change to another. But on that first wear I look for my sweat ring and every time I work out I try to beat it. It got so bad one time that the entire ball cap would be soaked, then I got mad because I didn't know my ending point.
