I wouldnt suggest not going out on V-day with the hubby:) Every restaurant has meals that are lower in calories. Just monitor what you order, have self control and enjoy!!:)

Is it okay to add on an extra whey protein shake to help with the calorie defecit throughout the day? I do my taebo tape early in the morning and it burns about 400+ calories

Taebo is a great complete body workout. You can do lunges and core workouts at home. I also like to do free weights of various exercises...3 sets of 15 per exercise with the weights (8-10lbs). Any aerobics tape will work your full body. I had lost a lot of weight and then it stopped...aerobics is what made me start seeing…

Well there is no real nutrients in a snickers bar. Yes, we have to count caloires, but the types of foods we eat also plays a major role in loosing weight. If that was the case we could eat junk food all day, within our calorie range....I doubt that we would see the results we want and have the energy to exercise:)

Yes power walking is a great exercise. I do the same thing! I just started doing intervals of running and walking. You should select walking from the exercise section. Then you can select the speed and time.
