It really just depends on when you go to bed. You shouldnt eat 2 hours before bedtime...also, you should eat something light before you workout and just opt for a shake or something low fat if it's late. A trainer even told me if I absolutely get hungry, than a bowl of cereal would be fine!

Muscle burns fat so you may need to increase your cardio in addition to the strength training....also when you are lifting you should be failing at around 15 reps in order to build lean muscle. Good luck! :)

Good Morning, Well first you shouldn't say that you are not able to lose weight...because if you don't beleive that you can and will, then you won't :) Are you pushing yourself when you work out and how long are you working out? What types of food are you eating?

always eat..a carb is good before you workout and protein afterwards. You dont have to eat a full breakfast, but something is important....

Exercising will help with some of the stress and anxiety. If you can squeeze even 30 mins in...it will pay off (emotionally/mentally) Good luck and that is a majore accomplishment that you CAN and WILL do:)

You can purchase the actual "ball chair" on Amazon. I think its around $70. I was thinking about doing it for my home office. I am sure it will be annoying until you get used to it...LOL:) But it will do wonders for you posture and your core area.

Yes, I started it this morning. It was intense and went fast!! You will sweat! You need weights and a floor mat if you are exercising on a hard surface. I used 5lb weights.
