I took heed of what you said about 12,000 steps per day and decided I have lost enough weight (18 lbs since 26 Jan) to start walking myself. So I set the time on my phone for 15 min and walked into the park, then turned around for another 15. Hope to be up to an hour per day in a week or 2. So you've inspired me! Thanks!!

I can understand your frustration. I too joined about a month ago. I did a lot of tracking in Weight Watchers in the past but the MFP site is so much easier. I'm finding that if I track every single thing that I eat at least I get a picture of what choices i make over and over again. Seeing the results from the previous…

Thanks for the inspiring & informative info! DH & I both have gym membership, and he is very supportive, also strong & good with weights. (At 73 he can lift a lot more than most younger men). I downloaded the Strength book to my iPad & will start working on my plan. If I can get the book away from DH.
