Hmm...then maybe its really not that bad calorie and fat wise...since pollock is a white fish...and there are only 3 mediums sized shrimp. I will keep digging. If i come up with a good number, I will post it, in case anyone else has the same question.

Well, I would say to your roommate, If i died tomorrow, I would die knowing that i did everything i could to reach my dreams/goals. And that for me is living life to the fullest. Because really, if I ever considered eating chicken a part of living life to the fullest, I would have bigger issues. Just my 2 cents worth.

I really think that depends on the amount of body fat that you have. For example, someone with more than 30% body fat has less to worry about, than some one at a lean 10%. Especially for a female.
