Hi I am exactly the same as you, I'm 5'3" and 163lbs, I want to ideally get down to 140lbs in the next 10months. I am doing the whole "new year new me" thing from today and will be trying to go to the gym more so that I can be a little less strict with the food if I need to be. I have sent you a friends request :)

Good idea :) I'm in! I weighed myself this morning and was 11 stone on the nose so would love to lose a stone by Christmas, but half a stone would be a bonus with all the do's leading up to it!

What a difference 4lbs makes, you look great and as long as you feel good then what the scales says doesn't matter! keep it up :smile:

Hi, I'm 5'4" and currently weigh 154, I looked my best at 133 but have gone waaay above that now and finding it so hard to lose weight :(. My goal weight would be 140 for now as 133 is way off and I eat around 1400/ 1500 a day at the moment. I have a desk job so try and go to the gym 3 times a week and I walk for 40mins…

I have the same problem, I have just joined up to a gym in Feb and then haven't gone for the last 2 weeks because I have been feeling so tired, and then look for an excuse! I always find that if I exercise in the morning before work, it makes me more energetic for the day and lifts my mood..It always makes you feel great…
