It's Fish Friday at our house! Dress it up with a nice herb rub or a little lemon pepper and it will pair lovely with your mash and greens. Fast and easy. A good lean protein, leaving you a few extra cals for that extra glass of wine. It's Friday, no one will judge.

I'm going to add in half of my earned calories and go from there. With the potential for overestimation of calories burned and under estimation of calories consumed, this should be a happy medium.
