So far this week I have been doing great! I have been doing workouts twice a day and today was Day 4 of Insanity. I have been under my calories every day and drinking tons of water! I have been busting my butt all around so come Monday I better have a loss or I am going to be really discouraged!!! Sounds like you…

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Your hard work and dedication paid off!
-
Yeah - I gained .5 pounds this week. I did really good until "date night" with hubby then it all went downhill from there. But I am pushing through and making up for it this week. Hoping to lose 1.5 pounds this week.

I am doing good - exceeded my goal for the week, getting almost all of my water in and I think I have only gone over on calories one day this week. So far so good, considering I used to only stick to this for two or three days indulge for five days and then get back on track again - vicious cycle!!! Trying to do better…

8 cups of 8 oz of water a day - YAY!!! You can do it. Word of advice, drink it early in the day - otherwise you will be up all night running to the bathroom (at least that's how it is with me). 80 minutes of exercise a day - KILLER!!! Make sure you switch it up and add more resistance so your body doesn't get too…

I love fruit smoothies! Look online and you can find some really good recipes to try. Switching up your exercise is good too, if not your body gets too used to what you are doing and then it's almost pointless. Plus doing the same thing all the time can get boring and if you are bored you have a harder time of sticking to…

Rest days are good! You have to give your body time to heal its muscles, otherwise you risk getting an injury. Great job wanting to add more time to your strength training.

I lost two pounds!!! YAY!!! Goal for this week is to burn 1780 calories working out. Of course I would love to lose at least one pound by next week, but taking it one day at a time and not looking too far into the future. I find that if I do, I get discouraged easier....

I want to be friends with you too! I try to comment on all of my friends posts, but I only have like 2 that comment on mine. I love encouragement and I need constructive criticism - if I am not doing something right or not eating right, let me know - I am trying to lose weight and make a lifestyle change - any and all help…

His birthday is Feb 18th. 6 years is quite a gap between kids, but before I met my hubby I was done having kids - a single mom to one was hard enough. But then I met my hubby and I couldn't wait to have a baby with him. We were together for 6 months, then engaged and married before we had even been together for a year. We…

I would definitely love to join!

I would definitely incorporate some ab exercises and cardio. Run if you can, if not, walk but try to walk on an incline. My personal trainer said walking on an incline works your legs and your lower abs at the same time. Good luck!!!

I have no idea - I take unisom every night and it helps me fall asleep fast. If I dont take it I cant get my mind to shut off and I toss and turn all night.

FANTASTIC!! You were beautiful before and still are! Congratulations on your weight loss! :-)

Are you sure you are hungry and not just thirsty? Sometimes we confuse thirst with hunger. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and try to get more fiber in during the day as well. Hope that helps!

Working out afte having a baby is hard! Trust me I had my second c-section 9 months ago. I recommend lots of cardio, if you can't run then swim or walk on an incline or ride a bike. Also you need to rebuild your ab muscles so I would do some planks and bicycles to help build your core back up. Also, getting a calorie…

I have had the Pink Lemonade one and it's ok - 1 packet in a bottle of water was too strong for me so I usually only used 1/2 a packet in my bottle of water.
