  • The triceps kill me too. They are so much weaker than the rest of my arms or shoulders. I did Push 3 this morning and it was good. this is my 2nd week of the push phase (it is different only lifting 6-8 reps) but she keeps you moving so fast you are really tired my the end.:explode:

  • I do use protein powder, right now I am using a cytrosport muscle milk cookies and cream lean protein powder , it is a blend of whey and caseinates proteins ( I really like the taste) I am still learning about the protein powder, I have heard a lot of people say Optimum is the best but it is really expensive!
