I know how you feel, by the end of the day it can be hard to have the energy to workout. Great job for starting over, one day at a time. I believe in you and I know you can do this. Start with baby steps and before you know it you will be running. I love to have a glass of wine at night too :wink:

I found a new app mapmyfitness I am sure it has been around for awhile but it is new to me. It is so awesome, it is GPS that tracks your workout & is really motivating me. Oh yes, I can relate. My sister and her family are into body building which makes it really hard to go to get togethers feeling so fat. I have gotten better but I wish I had a 1/4 of my sisters motivation. She never strays off track & has NO body fat. I just want to wear clothes without tons of rolls showing through. LOL.…

@kwfitgal - the gardening and dog walking did not go so good yesterday....I did get 3 items cleaned out of cupboard though and got to enjoy watching my son get in our swimming pool for the 1st time this summer. He has football training 3 days a week but will ride with me to work in the morning and then he will just hang in town all day so it should be a little easier to manage…
