I also have the bowflex adjustable dumbbells 552. I love them! They are pricey but worth it and do not take up much space. I ordered on Amazon Prime and they were shipped to me no cost. They are really great.

Just for today 1.) try to keep my emotions under control, I spent yesterday in the emergency room with my dad and they kept him in the hospital. He is still there today. 2.) get to the grocery store to pick up fruits, veggies and some other healthy food for the week.
