Ditto to all the above!!! So far this is helping me see exactly how much weight I should be losing each week with my calories remaining, instead of playing a guessing game.

Once you start going, it will become habit. That is what happened to me...Now if I don't go on my scheduled nights I am a mad woman....I get really stressed and fidgety, almost to the point where my husband tells me to go....

Thanks. When I started with my PT I was down 27 lbs and 5% BF from diet and cardio (for the first 4 month). My first weigh in after starting with him (about 5-6 weeks later) I was down about 9 lbs and 6% BF. My last weigh in I was down 9 lbs and a little over 1% BF. Thanks everyone for the comments. My trainer would like to have me around 24% which is mid-range for my height of 5'5". He tells me to stay off the scale, don't worry about my weight and focus on the BF%.

I weigh everyday, same time, after using the bathroom, before shower, but record on Wednesday's. You will see lots of fluctuation on your chart if you record everyday, but it is just personal preference.

Wednesdays are my weigh in days and since being on this program for a week I dropped 1.4 lbs, which is exactly what my deficit was, so it's nice to see the green and know where you want to go!

I am going to try this to lose the 2 lbs per week. With the MFP method, I cannot possibly lose 2 lbs per week, even when I have my goal set to it. The closest MFP has me losing is 1.7 lbs per week with netting 1200 calories.
