New to this thread.. I have been away for 6 months and steadily gained weight. Not sure if it was the not logging (I previously lost 60 lbs will on MFP) but was also on metformin. During the 6 months I didnt really change what I ate but didnt log.. but gained back 35 lbs. I have been back on metformin and started logging…

Keep your chin up.. don't live by those dreaded numbers on the scale.. pick a time of day (morning ususally best) and weigh yourself once a week. Your weight can alter dramatically during a day and who needs that discouragment!! Record each day adn at the end of the week you will likely please pleasantly pleased.. Good…

Also try Kraft - they have a sec tion dedicated ti diabetics... personally I keep lots of the Hunts 5 cal Jello's in the house for when you just NEED sometging and don't want to add any real calories.. Good Luck

Hi and Welcome I would add it as the dry ingredient (raw) just like you do any other ingredient and input your own reciepe if it is something you like to prepare often.

I agree with the others you are eating too little.. For years I practically starved myself and said but I am eating the right stuff.. once I started forcing myself to eat more I have started losing the weight.. just consuming your exercise calorie adjusted goal will do it.. Keep your chin up, your off to a great start

What I have learned is eating consistently and several times during each day keeps you away from the highs and lows of feeling too full and starving.
