Optimum Nutrition is great. Musclepharm products are solid. BSN shakes are nice. If you're going to be doing a lot of mixing, I'd pick up a vanilla type flavor.

Family affair. It runs in mine. I've never had a reason to check it out.. but my brother did, and my mother has thyroid issues. I'll get there one day... maybe. When I do I'll check it out. Like previous posts, I'd check it out... just to be safe.
