Here is what worked for me. Don't stretch cold muscles. I walk 5 minutes and then stretch. I do a modified quad stretch where I grab my toes instead of my ankle. I take back what I said. You had three brownies for a snack the other day and Sonic for lunch a couple days before that. Even with that, you were routinely low on calories the rest of the week, I only looked back 3 days. I don't see what the fuss is about.

you have 500 calories to split between Lunch and Dinner, not to mention snacks if you are used to having them. Looks like you need to go for a walk. Or, just eat what you normally would for the rest of the day and let the cards fall where they may. One day a little high on calories isn't going to hurt your progress.

I went raw vegan for 3 months and was able to hit 1700-1800 per day. I ate alot of fruit then. Apples, melons and such.

Some time ago, over a year, I ate a Large portion of chicken livers and a large portion of chicken gizzards, both from the local bowling alley, with ranch dressing and bbq sauce. I calculated it at over 36,000 calories in one sitting. I still managed to lose weight that week.

You didn't really ask a question. I assume you are trying to figure out how to eat more without feeling stuffed. Cut out some of the fluff. Iceberg lettuce is mostly water. If you are feeling full before you hit your calories, eat more calorie dense foods like meat and cheese.

If you are lifting heavy on normal dead lifts then I recommend dropping a little weight. Both of those are relative terms but I think you should be able to figure it out. I would look at what you are eating rather than how much you are eating. If you want to adjust numbers, change the amount of carbs/protein/fat in your diet. more protein, less carbs will keep you feeling full longer. The default numbers on MFP are carb heavy and protein light.

Right now I don't log my supplements like fish oil and such. I may start but I doubt it. I didn't get fat taking my vitamins.
