'Tis 8:00 AM... I do believe it's time for an Oreo! I picked up a package of the limited edition "filled cupcake" ones last night...I'll be trying one of those later today.

Unless you're competing at an elite bodybuilding level where timing might give you that extra fraction of a percentage edge, don't stress about it, as the difference to most of us is insignificant. Focus on ensuring you hit your daily calorie and macro goals, but don't major in the minors

Holy page four sadness bump And in for Oreo pandas
-
Pretty much every food short of drinking olive oil straight.

My mint, red velvet, peanut butter, and cinnamon roll ones say otherwise Though admittedly, they are all inferior to the original.

Ah...didn't realize he changed the name... Probably too late to sue now :(

*Why have I not heard of this program before??!

It's a running forum joke...some poor soul actually thought that kfc chicken was toxic because one of the ingredients was "sodium bicarbonate" As for myself I apologize for not giving my daily Oreo updates as I'm sure everyone is on the edge of his or her seat. I am happy to report that my desk drawer has been restocked…

I don't think you understand what "deficit" means...provided you're assuming equal activity under both scenarios.

Only six are left In my drawer at my office Target here I come!

Oreos of course

That's how it works. Even at maintenance, your weight isn't a constant, static, unchanging number. It's typically a range of 3-5 lbs - depending on things like hydration level, waste in the system, etc. This is why I typically advise people not to make one singular number any sort of a "goal" - but to measure your goal in…

Just fished up my delicious bowl of ice cream topped with crumbled thin mints!! (Only because I'm out of Oreos)

From what you described, it will probably fit your needs. Personally, and editorially, I wouldn't ever join one of their centers (I wouldn't call it a "gym") because I disagree with their corporate philosophies and advertisements shaming fit people.
-
Well unfortunately the whole discussion is for naught...as I only have 8 left anyway (though I've already had two today). Of course...the grocery store is only a couple blocks from my office...
-
And the differences...as cited above...are insignificant
-
Yup
-
Still never heard of 'em...but based on that title, I stand by my previous post.

20g per day is a woefully low protein goal. The typical recommendation is to take your weight (in lbs) x 0.6-0.8 to get a range (in grams) of a good daily protein goal for those trying to lose weight and maintain muscle mass.
-
You missed all the Oreos though sorrynotsorry
-
a couple spoons full of peanut butter should do the trick.
-
I don't know who Chris and Heidi Powell are, but they sound like two people I would not take further advice from on how to lose weight in a healthy manner.
-
How much protein are you consuming on an average day now? Protein shakes generally are "necessary" (and I put that in quotes, as obviously they're not the only option) if one isn't consuming an adequate amount of protein in his/her regular daily diet to meet his/her goals.

Home grown Iowa sweet corn, picked the same day, purchased from the farmer out of the back of his pickup, eaten with butter dripping down the side of my mouth. That's all the proof for GMOs that I need.

I don't know that I'd call it "new" (appears to have been published in 2009 if I'm reading correctly?) But I can't say as I've seen this one before...so it is new to me. Without reading the full study - I wonder, how do they go about measuring arterial stiffness?
