I have to agree with the peeps about the smooth thing being disturbing. I just automatically think prepubescent when I see that and that completely kills it for me being that I'm only attracted to adults. That's totally just us tho. To each his/her own!

Looks like you're eating really light during the day and then a big dinner. I'd suggest spreading your calories out more. Today I'm starting a routine of run everyday, do Insanity 6 days a week, and count every calorie I eat/burn with MFP. I'm expecting phenomenal results :) I'll also be stretching every day, and soon I hope to be doing a Wing Chun class twice a week.

Insanity has given me the best results so far-in combination with diet of course. A decade ago I did Tae Bo with good results, but it didn't compare to Insanity.

I can walk almost 3 miles in 40 minutes, so yeah, sounds like you're pushing too far too fast. ...and I didn't even think about the gait thing lol.

I also run in VFF and had the same thing initially, which is natural. I eat Kashi Go Lean and throw in an ounce of almonds, and I eat a 4oz cup of greek yogurt (Stonyfield organic w/caramel on the bottom). It is a bit pricy, but it fills me up and gets me goin'.

I probably eat 12 to 15 oz of food 4 times a day. It just depends on the food and the caloric value. I always feel satisfied after meals and rarely get hungry, but I do have cravings. Who doesn't though, right!

There is a formula you can use to figure out your daily caloric need that you can use until you can get a monitor. Lentils are high in fiber (11g per serving!), as are many beans. Also, Splenda makes a packet of sweetener that has a gram of fiber in it that's a sugar free way to sweeten tea and coffee and add a gram of fiber or two.

I eat Kashi Go Lean. You can't really get high fiber and low carb because fiber is a carb, but you need carbs for energy. If you want to enjoy a good cereal for breakfast then I'd recommend cutting your carbs from the rest of your meals to make up for the higher amount of carbs your going to get from the cereal.

I agree with everyone, but what I've not seen is a possible solution-change your workout routine! You've become very efficient in that particular exercise, so you have to do it harder to get the same burn. Challenge your body in a new way and you'll see your numbers go up again.

I do Insanity and I burn anywhere from 300 to 500+ calories depending on which workout I do and how hard I push myself. Going over a little isn't going to hurt you, but excessive amounts can. Your body filters out excess protein via the liver, and over time excessive amounts can actually strain and damage your liver. But, unless you're downing massive amounts of protein I really don't think this is going to be a problem.

I also eat my calories back and I am losing consistently. I avoid hunger by eating small, low calorie meals more often. WOW, I totally never thought to look at the My Foods tab HAHA. That is such a huge help lol. I use Calorie King too and love it, but I only use the software and not the site, and really enjoy the social side of MFP. I use www.nutritiondata.self.com too and find it very useful.
